+<h2> 1. How to create a Designation </h2>

+<li>Go to Designation list, click on New.</li>
+<li>Enter the Designation name.</li>
+<li>Enter Job purpose , responsiplities, industrial knowledge, tools and technologies, competencies, and perofrmance management(optional).</li>
+<li>Save.</li>
