CRM Settings

In CRM Settings, you can set up and customize various properties, configurations, and validations that will be applied to the master data and processes involved in pre-sales activities.

2. How to access CRM Settings

To access CRM Settings go to

Admin > App settings > CRM Settings

3. Lead

3.1 Allow Lead Duplication based on Emails

If this feature is turned on, users will be able to simultaneously create multiple leads using the same email address.

3.2 Create Event on Next Contact Date

The system will automatically generate an event document for the Lead's next contact date.

3.3 Auto Creation of Contact

On the creation of a Lead, the system will automatically generate a Contact document that is linked to the newly created Lead.

4. Opportunity

4.1 Close Replied Opportunity After Days

If there are multiple Opportunities that are not in the "Open" status, they will automatically be closed after the specified number of days in this field.

5. Quotation

5.1 Default Quotation Validity Days

The validity of quotations for customers is limited to a specific duration. In the quotation, you have the option to manually update the "Valid Till Date." By default, the system sets the Valid Till date as 30 days from the quotation's Posting Date. You can modify the number of days in this field to align with your business requirements.

6. Other Settings

6.1 Carry Forward Communication and Comments

If this option is enabled, when you convert a lead into an opportunity and an opportunity into a quotation, the system will automatically copy the emails and comments from the source document.
