Plaid

StrideERP provides the option to synchronize your bank accounts using a service called Plaid. To determine if your country is supported, please refer to the Plaid FAQ.

If your StrideERP instance is connected to Plaid, you can easily synchronize your bank account transactions without the need to manually import a CSV or XLSX file. The integration with Plaid allows for seamless and automated syncing of your bank account data.

2. Settings

In order to give StrideERP access to Plaid, you need to add the following three parameters to your site_config.json file.

  • plaid_env
  • plaid_public_key
  • plaid_secret

3. Activation

To activate plaid go to

Admin > Integration > Plaid


Once activated, you can create a new account directly from the Bank Reconciliation dashboard.

3.1 Automatic Synchronization

You can allow plaid to synchronize your bank account with StrideERP every hour by selecting "Synchronize all accounts every hour" in Plaid Settings.
