Auto Email Report

"Auto Email Reports" is a feature that automatically sends reports for a chosen document.

You can use the Auto Email Report feature to schedule the sending of reports at specific intervals. These reports must be saved as a Report Builder, Script, or Query Report.

To Create a new Auto Email Report go to

Admin > Build > Auto Email Report

3. Features

3.1 Filter Data

  • Send only if there is any data: If this is turned on, emails will not be sent if there is no data in the report.
  • Only Send Records Updated in Last X Hours: If set to 24, the email will only contain records that were updated in the last 24 hours.
  • No of Rows: This setting determines the number of rows that will be sent in the email. The maximum is 500.

3.2 Report Filters

If your report has filters, you will be able to see them. Click on the table to edit it

3.3 Message

You have the option to add a message to the email report, like "This is your monthly Project Billing Summary Report". You can also choose a different file format for the report, such as HTML, XLSX, or CSV.
