A Workflow State is a state in the workflow you create.

Before or after performing various Workflow Actions, different Workflow States can be reached. If you wish to establish a Workflow that includes approvals from various levels of managers such as a manager, senior manager, and general manager, you can set the relevant states for these stages using Workflow States.

To make a Workflow and transition rules, go to:

Admin > Build > Workflow State

By default, the following Workflow States are created in StrideERP:

The Workflow States can have different colors according to the state.

• Success - Green
• Danger - Red
• Inverse - Black
• Primary - Dark Blue
• Info - Light Blue
• Warning - Orange

Document statuses:

• Saved = 0
• Submitted = 1
• Canceled = 2
