Document Type Mapping in StrideERP refers to the configuration that defines how documents from one type (source document) are linked or mapped to another type (target document). It establishes a relationship between different document types in the system.

For example, you can set up a Document Type Mapping to link a Sales Order document with an Invoice document. Whenever a Sales Order is created, the mapping will automatically generate an Invoice based on predefined rules. This ensures seamless workflow and data consistency across different document types in StrideERP.
